Which Types of Programs We Participate In
WhatInvestment earns referral commissions from three categories of affiliate programs:
Rideshare and delivery platform sign-ups
When articles on this site link to driver sign-up pages for platforms such as Uber, DiDi, DoorDash, Ola, or Menulog, those links may be affiliate links. If you sign up as a driver through one of those links, WhatInvestment may receive a flat referral fee from the platform.
Accounting and tax software
Articles covering tax, BAS, and financial record-keeping for gig economy drivers may contain affiliate links to accounting software providers such as MYOB, Xero, and mileage tracking apps. If you subscribe to one of these services through a link on this site, WhatInvestment may earn a commission.
Recommended products
Articles covering driver equipment — such as dashcams, phone mounts, and similar accessories — may contain affiliate links to online retailers. If you purchase a product through one of those links, WhatInvestment may earn a small commission on the sale.
